Our goal is to drive real change for mums across the UK; from expert insight to finding work to offering a physical space to share experiences. These pillars will help us achieve those outcomes:

1. We support: We offer parenting information in simple terms. No bull. No bias. Just expert insight. See our editorial guidelines here.
2. We entertain: Sometimes you just need a belly laugh. Our Mum Love podcast with conversations from one mother to another will make you laugh and cry, getting you through yet another 3am feed.
3. We only work with other mums: Our jobs board offers flexible, fairly paid roles in building and maintaining the Mum Love community.
4. We understand our privilege: As mothers who have been lucky enough to have a baby, as white middle-class women, as women who have had opportunities. We will use that privilege to support others through our online and offline work.
5. We are inclusive: Mums come in all shapes and sizes. We want to counteract the prevailing narrative of the middle-class white woman. We seek to work with people from all walks of life, religions, backgrounds, race and sexualities. We collaborate: We will listen to you, our community, about what changes are needed; and we will work with real mums, our ambassadors and other campaigning groups to drive real change for mums – from fairer pay, maternity rights to a more inclusive healthcare system that recognises modern maternal issues.
